No call no show will be charged 50% of service. If your card declines you will need to pay the balance before booking again. Repeatedly no call no showing will end in ban from booking indefinitely even if fee is paid. NEW clients may rebook once before appointment is canceled and deposit is forfeited. (This does not apply to current or returning clients) You may rebook a new appointment with a new deposit. Some exceptions will be made if you reach out in a timely manner. All deposits are only good for one appointment. Rescheduling or cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! Cancellations done after 48 hours will be responsible to pay a $25 fee due at time of rescheduling or cancellation. Same day rescheduling and cancellation will be charged 50% of service. (Being on your cycle does not exempt you from the fee, you have the option to still come to your appointment but I understand if you can’t. However the fee will still apply) There is a 5 minute grace period on all appointments. After 5 minutes your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. Please reach out if you will be late. Appointments may be canceled or reschedule if you go outside of the grace period. A card must be put on file for all accounts even if you are paying in cash. After one no call no show you will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments and you will lose access to me pre booking your appointment. All appointments will need to be made by the client through the booking app. Because I will be traveling from a different state to work all policies will be strictly enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
